Thank God is Friday...

This morning...About 12am till 2am did audit hw...
Yeah, don't play play with audit T8...it's like 'how-the hell-am-i-gonna-remember-this??'

2am watched Lost the part which i missed - went online....

Let's get to the part thats interesting....

MOUTH GUARD...
1. Put in hot water bout 7-8 seconds
2. Put into mouth and gentlely bite it.
3.For about 1 minute then put in into a cold water to maintain the shape.
4.There u go...a shaped mouth guard just for me

y would i need a mouth guard??
