A Leader??

1.How to lead a group of 20??
2.Do u take responsibilities for everything??
3.If one of your members is not satisfy, do u take it into account?


1. To lead a group
1stly, you will need to split your members in to small teams.
This will encourage team working within a team...
Select role you feel they are capable or has potential in the field
Voting for a role is a good idea but it takes time...lots

Get them to write their name, contacts, email...etc etc
This is important for u to contact in any case of emergency

Remind them that u r the leader...u r in-charge....
If they do not agree with your style, one is to ask opinion or ask for a change of head or kick the member out.

Always keep in touch the team leader...ask them about their work...

Remember to give a deadline for a task...
it push them to work quickly...feeling the tension

COMMUNICATION
very very important as a leader...

know your members...if u dont know them, get to know them...
earn their respect and respect them

Do not embarrass they in front of the group, talk to them personally bout their weakness and how they can contribute to the team...
communicating is a very large topic... it's one of ur key to be a successful leader...
i recommend you read on EQ books...


2. Taking full responsibility?
Depends
A leader's work is to make sure things goes smooth and as plan
Its not ur job to do everyone's work...but know wat they are doing and how...

However, if a member do makes a mistake, it's definitely your responsibility...
Their fault is your fault

so always guide them...help them when they are in need
when they ask for help or anything, always always respond...

3. One member not satisfy?
It all depends...

If its a BIG issue and only one member voice out...
ask for the others opinion...if they agree that he or she is right...take into account...
Take action

If only one member voice it out
and noone bother bout it...Advice him or her and try to help...
Do not pull ur members into his problem...

then again....it depends
